Birding

Seabrook is a designated bird sanctuary located along one of the largest migratory paths in North America. With a rich mix of fresh and salt marsh, bay shoreline, riparian zones, and upland woodlands, the area provides vital habitat for over 300 bird species throughout the year. Several city parks feature viewing platforms and water sources that attract everything from osprey and warblers to sandpipers, waxwings, buntings, and a variety of migratory songbirds. Whether you’re watching from a quiet trail or a dedicated birding spot, Seabrook is a place where nature truly takes flight.
