The City of Seabrook will hold its annual 4th of July Parade on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in honor of the 250th anniversary of American independence. The parade rolls at 9:30 a.m. from the Miramar Shopping Center down El Mar Lane and N. Meyer Road, ending at the Bay Area Little League fields. Festivities continue at Rex L. Meador Park through noon. The event is free and open to the public.

We're closing off the sidewalks for Chalk the Station, where children of all ages can express themselves with sidewalk chalk and turn the station into a colorful canvas of art, messages, and imagination!

Officers will be on hand to join the fun, say hello, and maybe draw a chalk masterpiece or two! Free popsicles will be available to cool off and enjoy while creating.

Get ready to soak your local heroes at Water Wars – a splashing good time where kids team up for epic water balloon and water blaster battles against Seabrook Police Officers and Seabrook Firefighters!

Join us at the Monroe Field Splash Pad for this high-energy event full of laughter, water fun, and community connection.

• Face off with your favorite officers & firefighters

• Cool off and enjoy the splash pad after the battle!

Bring a towel, wear clothes that can get wet, and come ready to drench some heroes!

Join us at the City of Seabrook's annual Tree Lighting event, held on the Community House grounds. This festive occasion offers a delightful evening featuring hot chocolate, cookies, local vendors, enchanting musical performances by area schools, and a special appearance from Santa Claus. It's a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season with your community that you don't want to miss!

Event festivities will begin at 6 p.m., with the tree being lit at 6:10 p.m. Area choirs and the Seabrook Intermediate Band will perform. Santa Claus will also visit and be escorted to the event by the Seabrook Volunteer Fire Department.

The pedestrian event entrance will be located at Cook Ave. and First Street. Parking will be available at City Hall and Bay Elementary, and handicapped parking will be available in the City Hall parking lot.

Event-goers will enjoy a small vendor display, and the SVFD Auxiliary will provide free hot cocoa and cookies. This is a free Seabrook community event.

This is a FREE Community Event.

Food and drinks are allowed, but smoking and alcohol are NOT permitted.

The Seabrook Police Department is hosting a Holiday Blood Drive with Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center. The event will occur in the Seabrook Community House parking lot at 1210 Anders Avenue on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
