An evening of delicious food, fine wine, and creativity awaits at Merlion’s Saffron Fields Wine Dinner on Thursday, December 10, 2026, from 7 to 10 p.m.

Saffron Fields’ Angela Summers will join as the special evening begins with a welcome reception, then a four-course dinner paired with Saffron Fields wines. The menu features pan-seared scallop bisque, wild boar Thai lettuce wraps, a choice of turbot Pad Kink or Wagyu Kang Karee, and Dubai chocolate cheesecake for a sweet finish.

Throughout the evening, artist Debi Starr will paint live, adding a creative touch to the dining experience. A drawing at the end of dinner will give guests the chance to take home the finished painting.
